The new seven-storey house was commissioned in the neighborhood «Northern». Very soon, tenants will receive the keys to their apartments.

For those who have recently needed to improve their living conditions, you can’t think of a better option: there is a school, a kindergarten, shops near the house.

Elevators are installed in the building, for the convenience of people with limited mobility, special lifting platforms. In each of the entrances of 28 apartments — on the site of two 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom apartments.

– The construction of the house was carried out by Grodnozhilstroy OJSC, – says Nina Saonets, chief specialist of the capital construction management in the Slonim District. – It took eight months to build a seven-story building. Worked several teams, as well as technology company. 52 out of 56 apartments are fully completed by the developer. Wooden doors and double-glazed windows are installed, which are produced by one of the Grodnozhilstroy units. The ceilings are painted, the walls are covered with wallpaper, the flooring in the rooms and in the kitchen is laminate and linoleum, and the bathroom and bathroom are tiled. Installed plumbing equipment, gas stoves. Meters for gas, water, heat and electricity are connected.

In the basement there is a water-metering, thermal units and engineering communications. According to the standard project of JSC “Grodnozhilstroy”, cells in the basements for household needs of residents who improve their living conditions through housing construction using the equity method are not provided. Only the home service organization will have access to the technical floor (attic).

House number 8A on the street Railway will be one of the richest in children. In 45 apartments, large families will be registered, in the rest — families with two children and young families. All of them are provided with benefits in accordance with Decree No. 240 “On state support of citizens in the construction (reconstruction) of residential buildings”. The amount of the subsidy for families with, for example, 3 children will be 95% of the principal amount of the loan, for families with more than 4 children, 100%.

Future settlers have already been able to inspect their apartments, to make comments to the contracting organization, which promises to eliminate the defects within two weeks. There are a few legislative points left — and the owners have the keys.

As soon as the favorable weather is established, the builders will begin seasonal work — they will paint the facade, build a yard, recreation areas, economic purposes and parking for cars.

Gennady Panasik, head of the department of architecture and construction:

– The construction and installation work of a 56-apartment residential building was carried out in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation. The object was put into operation. Minor defects identified by equity holders are now being eliminated.

As soon as the weather conditions allow, Grodnozhilstroy OJSC will start performing seasonal works. Exterior finish of the facade and the final improvement of the territory adjacent to the house will be carried out. It is planned to start this work in March-April of the current year.
